Is New World Sky, New World Flower quest really drop blue commission ticket?
Alright, so they said it has 1% drop rate for blue commission ticket, does anyone ever get one from that quest?

By the way, it's that quest with tempered azure and pink in arena

No,that one will not drop blue ticket,
is the one with 4 monster in an arena, legiana,odoragon,diablo,rathnols

and other is 3 temped elder dragon quest

Not even worth finding out, do The White Winds of the New World or Sapphire Star's Guidance.

The White Wind of The new World: 100% reward 1 ticket.
Sapphire Star's Guidance: 100% 2 tickets.

You can farm the quest from other hunter SoS if you meet the rank requirement for those quest. You just set your search to investigation at 9 Star option and join the SoS right away when its popped cause it fill really fast.
