Kirin's Damage.

Kirin does absurd amount of damage even with its casual lighting bolts.Even with defence around 450 I get literally destroyed but its casual attacks.It is unbalanced,imo.
Anyone thinks the same?

And "casual attacks or casual lightings" aren't the same, if you get hit by lightings you need to rely on thunder defence, not on physical defence.

It's not unbalanced, it's working as intended. Tempered Kirin is supposed to demolish you if it hits. Its attacks are heavily telegraphed and you get plenty of time to dodge the lightning, so stop getting hit.

Wait, what?

Kirin was easy in FU comparatively. It spammed significantly less and its patterns were a lot easy to avoid due to being much smaller...

Plus it has the frenzy mode randomly jumping at full speed

You have to understand that melee weapons take more dmg from elemental attacks, but less damage from melee attacks, the same way that ranged weapons take more dmg from melee attacks but less damage from elemental attacks.

In the same way you think Kirin may be broken, bow users may think tempered black diablos is broken cuz he 1 shots them through 500+ defense with a single charge even with his horns broken.

Kirin is not really hard due to its low health. If you got enough thunder res you shouldnt die at all with 450 Def. I usually need like 5min solo with bow.

I didin't day I can't beat him (I lose sometimes though),but the fact that he does absurd amount of damage with casual strikes still remains.

Cept... defense only resists /physical/ defense and not elemental.

You want thunder resistance to endure those elemental attacks.

He does do absurd amounts of damage but thats what makes him a challenge to face. Hes literally got nothing else going for him beyond the speed and strength of his attacks, he actually has the lowest hp and defense of all the elder dragons.

If you are incapable of that, then STOP using that meta youtube all-out zero defense set and build for lightning resistance and stun resistance.

Kirin is the easiest elder dragon to kill with highest noob kill count in game.

If you are bad player, you better have right gear.
And since you think its overpowered in any way, I advise decking yourself with 30-40+ lightning resistance and thunder mantle.
