It's basically a graveyard, so it's kind of meant to be ugly.

Carry torch pods and shoot them at the ground. It clears the poop cloud for a minute or so.

Wear a mantle, any mantle. since they cover the mouth you dont take any damage from the Sierra Madre cloud.

Actually if you get miasma gems pop them into the leg armor of vaal hazak and no more worries about effluvia

It’s actually my favorite biome. I just feel it’s the smallest compared to other maps. I wish every map was as big and diverse as ancient forest.

The effluvia gets annoying and if you dont mind your surroundings, you will get blighted. It also has the verticality of ancient forest which I also hate, and a lot of agressive wildlife which can get in the way when you're trying to wake up an elder dragon or wind up for a SAED.
