Best build for gathering stuff and tracks?

What is the best build for gathering mushrooms, herbs, mining rocks, gathering monster tracks etc?

The commission armor is a hint to tell you that your fleet commander is actually the argosy.

There's not much to it, just filter the armor for the gathering skills, mix and match and fill up the missing skills with gems. This is what I use.

The commission armor is good for actually killing animals but most of its skills are useless for gathering and it has too few slots.
