Do people use coral concoction thing at the melder?

Does that thing give out random decorations? Haven't melded a thing yet. And what does the other two things do? Strange Steam and Spure Sorcery

Decorations are gems, it's the same all around. I wouldn't use the melder though, it never seems to be worth it.

Best way to get decorations would be to do T2 Tempered hunts IMO. It's approximately a 30% chance for a Gleaming, Worn, and Warped decoration stones. T2 Tempered hunts are anything that require Hunter Rank 30. T3 Tempered has a 70 something percent chance for Worn, and a 12% chance for Warped. T3 Tempered is gonna be HR 50.
