Attack increase or affinity or slot deco?

Considering amount of carting in multiplayer - don't leave home without health regen and +3 Vitality jewels. You do 0 dps when running from camp after being one-shot by tempered mob. And you do 0 dps while chugging 2-3 mega-potions.
