Who use destroyer jewel ?

Do destroying monster part naking them weaker ?

Breaking parts can yield extra items, make the broken part take more damage, or have the broken part/severed tail deal less damage. It's certainly nice to have if you have nothing better to put in its place.

They are good for Kulve Taroth, but she's not on PC yet.

It does not make them weaker, necessarily (except for Negigante), but it can make them stagger or get stunned and create nice opportunities for you to either sharpen, heal, or lay on even more hurt.

I run a Greatsword Partbreaker build, and I love it. having partbreaker also makes it easier to chop tails.

Broke part but after that nothing else. Kinda waste. I only add a level in my custom unless you playing with friend or party. One go for damage and other one go for part breaker+ support for faster kill. Still it depend on play style. I still newbie here but that what i understand.

good for increase drop rate builds(3 kirin + 2 legiana armor pieces) for farming gems where you have to break a certain part of the monster for the gem to be included in drop pool.

If you read the Hunter's Notes, you'll see that breaking parts yields a chance of extra rare items, most notably Gems. Other notable monsters you want to break parts of are:

Diablos/Black Diablos horns - Majestic Horn/Black Spiral Horns
Vaal Hazaak head - Vaal Hazaak Fangs
Rathian Tail - Rathian Spike
Deviljho Head - Saliva, Tallfangs, Scalp

So partbreaker definitely has its uses.

Plunderblade has its own loot table and it can't get you, for example, tails (although you can get gems with it), which are hard to get with certain weapons like bow.

Partbreaker is great, I do tail runs with a basic GS and a few Partbreaker levels, it takes like 2 minutes to get a tail, much better than trying to cut them with a Dragon Piercer.
