Streamstone disappearing after getting them

So basically I was doing a Tempered Nerg and I got 4 streamstones : blade, 1 bow and 2 bowguns. Since i wanted to augment my Sns I go to the workshop to do it but no streamstones to be find. I check on one of my bows, same thing. I thought that maybe I just sell them instead of taking them so I redo the quest. I got a blade stream stone and a guard gem. I check for the streamstone and nothing to be found, I check for the gem and I got it. anybody else has the issue or is this just me? I just wasted 2 Tempered nerg investigation on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

^ therea are 2 types,one for rank 7(clear ones warriors) and one for rank 8 weapons(brown ones heros)

Rarity 6 and 7's use Warrior Streamstones, Rarity 8 use Hero Streamstones.
