Wyvern Tickets
How exactly do I get more of them? I'm currently HR36 and have yet to come across anymore of them. Do I only get a select few and then never get them again? (I've already completed all the critical bounties that gave them)

Basically, you can only get 1 gold wyverian print 1 per week from completing limited bounties.

Do you mean the gold and silver Wyverian Prints? Those come from weekly bounties. Silver from the 3rd task, and gold for the Limited (cumulative) Bounty. That's the main source anyway.

If you're talking about the wyvern prints, you get those from limited or critical bounties. Critical bounties are given by NPCs like the piscine researcher while limited reset every week on Thursday.
