I heard if we do the weekly investigations we get some ticket we can trade in with the melder. Is this true? I still cant complete some of the investiations because i need to get my rank higher

Try to make a Carving Master/Great Luck set and cut off it's tail, then do Investigatiosn with as many silver+gold rewards as possible.

Other than melding it directly, that's your highest chance to get one.

Speaking of melding I want to be clear on how it works. The things on the left side of the screen are what we want to upgrade and the right side of what we give up to upgrade the selected thing on the left? Can things be made into a completly new gem with different stats?
