My favorite quest-givers are the gals from Port Tanzia in 3U.

Fun fact: The armor based on the Tanzia gals, the Sailor set, is one of the female-exclusive armor sets in the series with no male-exclusive equivalent.

Maidens Set, Helpers Set, Scholars set, Scholarly set, and Dianthus set are reseptionist sets that along with the sailor set, do not have a male counter part. As I said, if you read the post "almost all" Lecturers set is the one that is not included because of that.
