Just simply use at own risk
Want to play it safe? Force offline mode if you want to mod. Don't want to be paranoid? Just do what you like.
Capcom has yet to take any form of action aganist people using mods, hacks, or cheats. Even the people with blatantly impossible times on the Arena leaderboard have been untouched despite that being the equilvent of shouting " HEY I'M HACKING AND CHEATING HERE LOOK AT ME" right to Capcom's face.
go play PUBG or GTA5 online
Depends on what mods you're using.
Something like Transmog is entirely cosmetic and provides no real gameplay advantage so that isn't really a cheat.
Something like the mod that makes every item in the game available in the Provision shop definitely is cheating.
But not all mods are cheats.
i only mod SP games
you are right! that mod that changes the particles on Teo' blast effects so i dont drop below 60fps is cheating.
when use it to get a stable proformance in the game, i am causing others harm.
OP so far mods are use at your own risk, and so far capcom has done nothing.
Are "YOU" new to gaming?
Mods and Cheats are different. I have plenty of mods I use in games to help me with the problems I get from having tritanopia.
Like how ppl hack mhw to melt monsters, when the whole point of the game is to hunt and lvl up. Taking that away and you'll just get bored. And thank for the info.
I guess capcom is still new to how gaming on pc works then.
