Err no dont think so, fight some middle-size monsters, they do drop that

There're only like four animals in LR that drop them, just look it up.

There some bones you won't able to get them from the piles, you have to slay a monster to get it. It's the game mechanic to make hunter goes out to farm those materials but bones are not rare drop, you will find your frustrating later on with other end game items
