Try using the Special K mod. It can help with frame rates. What resolution are you running at though? If it's 1080p, try 1600 x 900 or 1366 x 768 or even 1280 x 720. I have a 960m which is supposed to be roughly 750ti level so you should be a bit above mine. I can play on low to medium with the special K mod and running at lower than 1080p

dont expect solid 60 fps, lock the fps to 30 fps. also make sure you to have the right drivers. i suggest drivers below 400. like 398.36 then use nvidia inspector to delete the monster hunter world profile. also use special k. disable volume lighting.

398.36 doesn't have the messed up MHW profile. It was introduced in the 398.82 game-ready driver for MHW.

i had i5 4690k when it was clocked at 4ghz , i had dips from hell , 30 fps and lower ,in fights , then i overclocked it to 4.3 and it got better but still dips to 40s sometimes ,now i upgraded to i7 8086k and no dips .

Changing resolution did not affect my fps for some reason
i might try roll back drivers to see if it works
installing 398.36 did not help with my frame at all

you're getting what is expected based on store informations about system requirements.

a 1050ti is slightly better than a 760 listed as minimum requirements

http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-760-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1050-Ti/2159vs3649

so might not be possible get stable 60 fps even on low. special k can help to get it there but I wouldnt set high expectations.
