you shealth your weapon first, press run (shift) and your character will jump off a cliff (when there is), press attack hit the monster and mount.

if you welding your weapon. press dodge button(spacebar) when about to jump off the cliff (it will perform a jump instead of spining) and press attack.

if sliding, press the dodge button(spacebar) to perform the jump and press attack to hit n mount the monster.

note. it wont work sometime so you have to keep jump attack.

hope you understand:cocochan2:

Unless I'm mistaken you don't need to prees jump when sliding, you can just pres attack and it automatically jumps and starts it

Actually, that's how you do the beyblade attack down their spine if the monster is aligned properly. I've never had a successful mount from a sliding attack.

not whining just pointing out the most used way to play dual blades.

the correct way tho would be beat the legs to make the monster fall, but nobody does that

You can either run down a slope and attack from sheath or if your weapon is out, press your secondary attack button to perform the spinning dash attack down a slope. You will then begin sliding and just attack to perform the jump attack automatically. Idealy you want to go down the entire spine of the monster but it will work even if you do the attack on its side. Performing the attack too early will prevent you from doing the attack and will instead make you do an alternate aerial attack.

Same as with every other weapon, jump off a cliff and attack monster.
To do spin attack you have to slide attack or attack in demon mode after cliff jump.

I think I need to see some pubs using dual blade.

as a db main(lol) I see people keep spam demon furry at demon mode when monster is in mobile give me headache.

yah, like you say db should focus on leg due to its short reach for other part.

Literally run off/roll off a ledge and use a normal attack to mount. You can't be in demon mode to mount iirc.

Dualblade is literally the worst weapon for mounting because none of the Demon/Archdemon mode attacks do any mounting damage and you want to spend 95% of your time in those modes. To mount you have to deliberately gimp your DPS by staying out of demon/archdemon.

Yeah, im sad they removed the aerial attack when doing the archdemon/demon mode spin attack off the ledge. It was sooo good for mounting.
