Simple answer is "no". The reason is that the current 13" Macbook Pros (including the model with the touchbar) use integrated Intel Iris 640/650 graphics, which are far too slow in comparison to the game's required GPUs (Nvidia GTX 760 / AMD R7 260x).
The latest 15" Macbook Pros might be able to play at low details. They have Radeon Pro 555/560 GPUs, which are possibly in the same performance neighborhood as the AMD R7 260x.
