I think its the insect glaive
sure you can be decent with it quite easily, but to be the 0 damage taken airborne rocket man it was really meant to be, you need to master it, and that can take a good chunk of time. no gaurd points, rather knowing every monster's attack (and any questionable hitboxes). no vials, kinsect farts. no crazy super attacks, just part shredding, lightning quick attacks.
The hardest thing about insect glaive is definitly something I found harder to master than cb (but ig is still my main) which was being able to use vaults to dodge and get significant damage in during said dodge
second would be light bowgun. I have no idea how you guys manage those bullets
easiest would be by far lance. you can literally just turtle and poke with the right builds
Of course REAL hunters know you have to slap them with the flat of the blade. Doesnt do much damage physically but the EMOTIONAL hurt that does to monsters is off the charts.
Dang, is that a weapon ?
Charge Blade is easy.
