you can pretty much study this video here. for this covers only p1. standard 2 run clears probably wont need 15 parts broken.
15 broken parts are REQUIRED to trigger her fury state. If you don't do that you will be losing 2 rainbow boxes.

Here's the conditions for all rainbow boxes:
- 2 boxes for breaking 15 or more parts (fury state)
- 1 box for reaching rewards lv15
- 1 box for reaching rewards lv17
- 2 boxes for finishing the quest without leaving, abandoning or triple carting*
- 2 boxes every 3rd horn break during fury state (guaranteed)

* if she leaves by herself you will still fill the condition for these boxes. This is why in public lobbies you will have to spend the P1 round exclusively by collecting tracks and NOT attacking her to make her leave faster and raise the pursuit level until it's P3 or above, at which point the quest becomes easy to complete.

To trigger her enrage mode and make her drop Rainbow boxes?
It's simple, break 15 parts before she releases.

To get all 6 rainbows, you need to break her horns on siege 1 BEFORE leaving the quest, reaching level 17 treasure level, and then breaking her horns in her furyed state

To translate this, this means you can't leave the quest at all. Triple carting will also make you lose those two boxes.
There's also 2 extra rainbow boxes that you will get every 3rd horn break just in case you missed all the other optional boxes.

I don't think that's accurate.

To get the 6 boxes, you just need to go all the way to the end of pursuit 1 without leaving the quest or triple carting. Just let her leave. I think you get 2 for breaking all of her parts including her tail during the whole siege.

Actually breaking her horns on P1 with randoms seems not doable at all.

Console experts says that If you rely on random groups, like me, while the pursuit level is 1-3, the party should only gather tracks and don't attack KT at all. Should take 8 mins in area 1 until she leaves.

From P4-6 the party can go all in for the horn break.

I think the first days are going to be nightmare in random sessions. Hope people do some research before.

having random actualy breaking the parts instead of attacking randomly (kek) would be a big thing already
