Blossom Layered Armor

Has anyone found a quest that will give the delivery for Blossom Layered Armor? I can't find it. Or is there not layered armor this time?

If you are talking about a layered armor specific to the festival, there is none.

It is there I was killing it earlier.

Uragaan Arnor, Artillery Charm, a Gunlance and some patience. Take your time, learn its moves and take a shot when you feel comfortable. AT Kirin isn't getting past that shield and it's super armor is useless against Gunlance shells.

unfortunatly the only weapon i can really use properly is the insect gleave >.<

unfortunatly the only weapon i can really use properly is the insect gleave >.<

or use fire elemental bow and spam normal shot on its head. bring temporal and thunder mantle

you don't need to tank the damage nor build super resistant thunder elemental armor , just make sure you don't get 1 shot. learn the lightning patterns, it's actually not that hard, the only annoying thing is the rng lightning where kirin sometimes run zig zag or slowly walking and the lightning hits you out of nowhere, there's not much you can do but pray.
