How To Complete All 6-star optional quests?

I'm currently HR 60, and have completed all optional quests above and below except for 6-star. It's showing a blue 'completed' banner rather than an orange one, and I'm just wondering if I'm missing a quest or if I have to talk to someone I just didn't see? I've also fully researched over 15 monsters, so I just am kinda lost on what to do. So any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I did my optional quests with this.

Have done the researching on the 15-20 monsters to unlock the sidequests and have you done all turn ins

Yeah, I have 16 monsters fully researched and I've done every delivery request I could find, however maybe I need to just go on expeditions and see if there's any quests for me to do? The only one I haven't done is the witcher (nekker) one.

Yeah, I looked at that and it shows I've done all of them, and I believe I did the arena quests as well, but don't they disappear after completing them?

its probably an arena quest you have yet to do. That was my problem when i was completing all side quests

How bout :
- Random spawn zorah quest "Left quite the impression".
- Go to research base to see if there's any (!).
- Pukei, Anja, Barroth, Lumu, Tobi, Rathian, Radobaan special arenas from captures.
- Chef quests.
