3440x1440 @ ultra + texture pack
Hi! I just bought the game for pc (played it since release on my one x) and now i liked to ask you how much fps you get with this resolution, everything on max and the texture pack.
I get around 60 (8700k @ 5,4ghz and 1080ti)

Around 90fps at max with the texture pack at 2560x1440 with a 2080.

I play at 4k (3840x2160) with all graphics settings maxed (except for motion blur because F that) and the HD texture pack. I get between 34 and 40 FPS; though, I usually lock at 30 because I prefer frame rate stability. This is with a Ryzen 2700X CPU and Radeon VII GPU. The game is beautiful at 4K with the HD textures!
I'm on 3440x1440 @ Ultra, spikes down to 60fps sometimes at most (not often), average 100fps (I have it capped at 100 currently since monitor is 100/120hz). Unlocked FPS it'll go up to around 150fps sometimes, if not higher in small areas (another reason for capping). I might turn Volumetric fog and AA off though, they kinda look worse to me and hit the frames fairly bad.

AA does almost nothing to framerate in monster hunter. Both FXAA and TAA are post-process filters.

Ah, that's good to know then! Normally it's a bit of a killer in some games. I'll probably switch it anyway since it's a little blurry looking with both on. It's a setting I often ignore or leave it an automatic default.

I run between 60-75 with 8700 and 1080 at 2560x1440

Used to play 4k on my 2080ti with all settings maxed (except for VF - that was off), and the game's FPS would drop into the low 50s, high 40s. Was disgusting, so I switched to 1440p and it's consistently smoother.

IMO, 4K is not worth it.

Good idea! I never like the blue fog (volumetric fog) on my xbox. Maybe i get a little fps boost with that.

Thx to everyone for sharing your settings! I try to tune the game today after work ;)

From what I can gather, it's one of the biggest FPS killers for most people. I'm on an OC'ed 2080TI with a 9700K and it still doesn't like it much. Usage of both is maxed with still fairly unstable FPS if I wanted to totally max, but a lot of the settings can be lowered without little to no difference. Lighting and shadows will be the worst, along with particle effects like fog.
