Gold Crown Black Diablos Bug ?

Hello guys, so currently i'm facing this problem, i've hunted this monster for more than 250 times and i still didn't get the largest gold crown.. so are you guys facing the same problem with me or no? is this a bug? be kind to answer this thread pls. thanks

It's not a bug, it's just rare to get a gold crown. It's generally something like a 1% chance to spawn.

back on ps4 had to kill 215 to get mine, was the last crown i was missing

honestly didn't bother with this ♥♥♥♥ on PC

will just do iceborn achivments

alright, i always avoid 2 or 3 monsters in a quest. but i think i'll try this one

There should be an event quest involving a black blos and a few other monsters in the wildspire wastes, try that one

yeah i believe that so, but the other monsters (ex: elders) i only needed to hunt around 50-70 times and i already got both gold crown for smallest and largest. I don't know though maybe they had a different chance for elders? this one specific monster (black diablos) is THREE TIMES harder to get :l :(

do you remember the name of the quest? because there's also an event quest only for gold crowns hunting, but too bad they didn't include black diablos there.. currently can't open the mhw website right now

I do not believe there is a multi monster with a higher chance for crowns for black diablos. I recommend just finding a quest with black diablos and checking if it's large then abandoning if it doens't look particularly big. I've heard rumors that investigations can have an impact but i don't know if there is any truth to it. You might want to research that for yourself.

There's 1 event quests with black blos;
"This is how revolt starts" Black blos and normal blos

A normal quest is the "R-R-R-Rumble in the waste!" with Black blos and normal blos.

You can also try multi monster investigation

yeah, going to have a lot of investigation quest abandoned right now.. i believe this is also the fastest solution to get the crowns..
