Current best mods for transmog and damage meters?

Is there a community concensus for which are the best? I stopped playing around when the dps meters first dropped and there were 4-5 of them all based off of the same meter, but most had that annoying 7 second rolling DPS read out instead of it just lasting through out the entire fight... And there were a few transmog mods as well but I stayed away from them for that time.

Any other must have mods? I don't really need straight links, just the names or authors would be nice.

Watch out for yourself, some people really like to go on a witch hunt against mod users. The best mods are simply the most downloaded ones over at nexusmods.

These aren't cheats, though. Transmog is purely cosmetic, and meters is just epeen stroking.
