Research Commission Ticket

So I am having trouble mapping out my way to getting one of these

-I could complete all side quests but I already have no side quests left uncompleted and I don't know how to unlock the ones I don't have

-I could get to HR100 but I don't know how to get there quickly

So how do I get one of these things?

finish the random encounters of zorah and xeno shiva
capture monster until the arena sidequest appear.

ask in full sessions if someone can start a white winds mission for you
or post your session id

To get all Optional Quest make sure to capture every monster in their respective Optional Quest. This unlocks the special arena quest for each monster, and these quest also have to be completed. They are visible until you finish them once and after that they go on a rotation, meaning only a couple of them are visible an any given time.

You get them by doing the event quest "the thronetaker"
I think you get on other quest too...can't remember...but that one is certain.
Thronetaker quest is a tempered teostra,kushala and nergigante.

Thronetaker is an event quest and is Teostra, Lunastra and Nergi. The one you're probably thinking of is 'The Sapphire Star's Guidance' (the HR100 quest), which is Teo/Kushala/Nerg.

@OP: You need to complete every 1-8* optional quest and also do the 9* Xeno'jiiva quest when it shows up. I would assume it's just the quests that were originally in the game and not the Lunastra ones etc. Bear in mind that you'll need to capture one of every non-elder monster so you unlock its Arena quest.

Each difficulty star should have a red banner saying 'Completed!' when you've cleared everything. You don't need to complete any 9* quests except 'A Light Upon the River's Gloom' (Xeno'jiiva).

Once you beat them all, you'll unlock 'The White Winds of the New World', which is one way of getting Research Commission Tickets.

Alternatively, if you want to get to HR100 fast, use any event quests with bonus HR points in their descriptions.
