Simple Question(Artillery Charm)
Anyone know if the cooldown bonus also applies to the light bowgun wyvernblast as well?

What you're looking for is "Special Ammo Boost". Artillery cooldown doesn't effect anything but Gunlance.

I am not sure, but if you want to recharge your special ammo faster, focus might help. Have yet to test it.
