About time limited bounties

Hi, im new here. I see a event that can give spring blossom ticket, but i dont know what to do. 2 event quests marks as ??? and what i need to do with them? I whan to get this spring iems

Those are monster you haven't encountered yet. Progress the story and you'll reveal them.

What is your hunter rank? It might be too low for the quest.

Usually you also get the tickets you need to craft the armour from the daily log in bonus, so you just need to collect the monster items. You can do this even after the event, as long as you have the tickets.

I haven't been on for this festival, so apologies if the above is inaccurate, but that's how it usually is.

My rank is 3, play only for 5h for now

Just hopped on to check. You hunter rank is too low for all but one event quest. Continue in the story to raise it.

The good news is that you do indeed get tickes from the daily log in, so all you have to do is log in the next couple of days and you can craft the armour.

Usually one daily bounty is a low rank bounty, one is a high rank bounty and one is a late game bounty. Some days the third bounty is easier than on others. Just progress the story to unlock new stuff and eventually you can do more daily bounties. The fourth bounty is always awarded for completing the other three.

Even if you're only able to do the low rank daily bounty, you'll be able to get at least two tickets every day (one bounty and login), and the event lasts for 10 more days (until the 16th of May).
