What's your favorite weapon design?

I love the Master Bang's design a lot. The shield's shape, the bone spikes, the paint on the blade, all of it. I wish it wasn't so far outclassed by everything else because it looks like it should be the best pure raw SnS. The weapon description makes me wish it got some love, like more stun damage on shield bashes or more stagger potential in general.

I dunno about outclassed. For pure raw, Master Bang is the second or third best.

I know Barroth is best. Don't recall if second place is Joe or Master Bang anymore.

The difference between the three is minimal.

The best looking weapon in each class for me would be:

• Greatsword - Kirin's Thundersword
  
• Sword and Shield - Corona
  
• Hammer - Cocytus
  
• Lance - Thunderpiercer
  
• Switchaxe - They're all ugly
  
• Insect Glaive - Daora's Tethidine
  
• Heavy Bowgun - Teostra's Flames
  
• Longsword - Magda Facultas
  
• Dual Blades - Freeze Chain
  
• Hunting Horn - Royal Chordmaker (not for looks, but the sound it makes)
  
• Gunlance - Earthshaker Magda Lahat
  
• Chargeblade - Halberian Blade
  
• Light Bowgun - Too many good looking ones here to decide, honestly
  
• Bow - They're all ugly but Daora's Sagittarii is cool

Not that it's difficult to pick. Most of them look very similar anyway which really narrows the field down to simply looking "good" because it's unique, rather than actually nice looking.

I haven't plugged my builds into Honey Hunter but discounting augments, first is Taroth Slicer "Mud", then the Barroth Club, and then Master Bang. Going off of base phys and counting down, 308, then 294, then 280. So you're correct in the placing, but it still makes me upset that the physical on my Master Boi isn't better. If if I could just get some streamstone drops...

Chameleos bow was why I started playing bow in 4u.
Previous games had Alot more wow factor weapons

Styx Axe always looked really appealing to me. Deep Vero is probably the most unique HH, it has a face that moans when you play it

Oh right, I forgot about the taroth weapon. Still, it's not much of a difference overall, particularly with the regular barroth one being rare 6 and having two slots.

10 base raw vs an extra augment slot and an extra deco slot? Honestly rather have the latter.

Still not a massive difference between the three, though.
