Auto SOS?

Anyways to auto SOS when I post a quest so the game start matchmaking inside the town? If I SOS in the quest it take around 3-4 minutes before someone join.

I knew people in the same session can join without SOS but only a few people use this option most people just search SOS and then join.

If I want to solo I just set party to 1. Now it is event season and I want to farm decos with random but don't want to fire SOS every quests. Some time I even forgot to fire a flare and wonder why no one join me.

Nope, you have to start the quest first. You'll just have to make a habit of it. Maybe chant "SOS" to yourself while starting the mission, until you are able to fire it. Note that you can do it from the start menu or you can put it on the radial menu.
