Logitech G-HUB cause black screen when game start

I try all solution which can be found on googling "MHW black screen", but all didn't work.

So I reinstall my entire OS and one by one to test which software cause impact

Finally found is Logitech G-HUB cause this problem...

when G-HUB installed, start MWH only get black screen with no logo neither no sound

but just uninstall the G-HUB, start MHW will be allright to play

yeah, like someone report Corsair's iCUE problem before...

My computer setup
OS: Windows 10 1903 64bit
Mouse: Logitech G502 lightspeed
GPU: RTX 2080

software in OS: only install Nvidia driver(lastest or stable I alredy tried), steam, MHW, G-HUB

does anyone have the same setup but work normally?
or developer can fix this issue?
or I need also report to Logitech?

i'd send the issue to logitech first and see what they'd have to say. i actually never heard of G-HUB till this thread honestly. but if its the culprit program they may have to roll out a hotfix for the program and see what they can do.

what does G-HUB do exactly? it'd probably help diagnose what its doing exactly and may be able to find a workaround till then.

Does your 502 not have onboard memory? I had all sorts of issues with my g600 and the software that goes with it until I just set all my profiles in the onboard memory and uninstalled the damn program.

Nyehhh logitech software is known to malfunction most of the time, my friend and I were using Logitech mouse and we all had some problems with the software.
