Event Hunting Horns?

I have run a few events and got some Tickets for unique weapons and armors. However, I have not found a single Hunting Horn yet...

Do any of the events give materials for Event-exclusive Hunting Horns? And are they any good compare to the regular ones?

There are no event hunting horns as of yet

Unfortunately, the closest thing to an event hunting horn is the ones dropped by Kulve. None of the ticket weapons are horns.

That is disappointing... After using Long Sword for most of my Hunting career, I am learning Hunting Horn and I want some fancy gear to do my Dooting with.

Well, Hunting Horn is a pretty easy weapon to build around. If you're in a group the most important thing are the buffs and HM only requires a single slot, so perhaps you can get more use out of the event armors than most other weapons can without feeling like you're being gimped.

we've had em in the past, they werent particularly good BUT they were amazing looking.

I would actually advise using the kirin one on kirin, for the thunder resistence. Most horns have their pros and cons, but very few are actually bad, just a few overshadowed by others
