Taroth Blitz "Support" RFN2 Build is AMAZING, change my mind

Just got the gun from Kulve and tried that build from Jinx and Tuna against some AT Elder Dragons AND IT'S THE BEST BUILD OF MY LIFE. Never had a build that has: high mobility, high range, heals from the upgrade, REALLY HIGH DAMAGE all in one. To anyone who has the gun and never used LBG use this build and you will never go back to that meh melee weapons (jk)

I mean if you're into pulling the trigger for every individual of those supposed "rapid fire" shots to do less dps than the already sad gunlance shelling then sure, knock yourself out.

It's a ranged weapon into the boring pile it goes.

It's pretty brainless, but also pretty good. Use paralysis ammo to stun your monster and get a free triple stack wyvernblast going, and then keep sleep ammo in reserve to catch any annoying fleeing going on.

Peak Performance, Maximum Might, Health Augment, blah blah. Another 100% Affinity low effort weapon, just run backwards while shooting stuff for like 100+ damage a burst. It also only really benefits from Ammo Up 2 instead of needing 3, so that's kinda nice too. Spare Shot seems to trigger on the damn thing constantly, too.

I was honestly dreading it when I was going for 100 uses of a Light Bowgun, since I never enjoyed using the Styx against Kulve, but honestly it was smooth and silky all the way with that Support thing.

Never cared for Sticky ammo, or crafting additional paralysis / sleep ammo, I just kept gunpowder on me to make more and more Normal 2 and, that's it.

I used to think the Glutton was easy mode but the Support probably takes that slot lol.

Anyway congratulations on acquiring one for your arsenal, friend. It's always nice to find that one diamond nestled in the pile of excrement after a Kulve Taroth run, lol. Have fun laughing at Deviljho and Bazelgeuse now

Shot was displaced by support. Shot has higher per shot dmg but lower theoretical dps than Support. Support also has more utility ammo. It's down to preference really.

ahhh thats why i didnt recognize it, thats the 4th one LBG got for rare 8 before kjarr. now its coming back to me. i had it on PS4.
