Always disconnected every time from session even in quest misssion multiplayer
I know this is often discussed, but is Capcop really really serious about fixing this issue, or someone can tell me what can i deal with this?

Internet connection's fine, I have no hiccups with Discord at all when I disconnect from a session. Right now I can't even play with a friend of mine because I keep getting disconnected from the session 5 minutes into the hunt. I'm in the same STATE as this friend, and we play other games just fine, so I know it's not an issue with distance or our networks not playing nice.

My connection used to be completely fine, was able to prepare, co-ordinate and hunt Extremoth with a group of friends with no issue. My network settings have not changed since then, but now I'm disconnecting left and right.

We shouldn't be having so many server issues on a game that uses P2P connection. I really hope Capcom looks into fixing this issue before Iceborne comes out or else that'll be getting review slammed for connection issues like the main game did on release.

Have you looked at the technical support sticky.

This really does sound like there is something in your end. Maybe a router or isp issue.

And discord isnt p2p service so not a good measure.

I have a really, really good connection and I got tons of disconnects yesterday. And I usually never do. Something about this festival is putting too much stress on the servers I think (which is strange because I never had a problem with previous festivals).

It actually forced me to stop playing. Oh well, I pretty much completed everything the game has to offer. I'll just wait until Iceborne or until Capcom fixes the issue.

I got this issue for a very long time, I stopped playing for a few months and hope they have fixed this problem, but when I played yesterday the issue kept happening, I didn't have a problem with my ISP, I used Steam Voice with no disturbances, but on game i keeps being disconnected from the session

Check you're AV/Firewall settings that's usually a good starting point.

I have 200 Mbit/s and everything is set up perfectly. I am playing together with a friend who uses the same internet connection and we get frequent disconnects, at totally different times. Stop telling people they are at fault and start holding Capcom responsible.

I am so annoyed sometimes i can do sos hunts and as long as we finish them fast i have no issue but if a hunt is more then 5-10 mins i just dc. It is annoying. What is a p2p and why use it if other companies who have online games dont. I dont have this issue with any other game just this one and it is pissing me off. I just want to play the game and have fun but nope got to dc ever time i try to do something.

You see the thing is world is the only game that I ever have a problem with. Apex works fine, Tera fine, League of legends works perfectly. So why would they use p2p if it has the possiblility of failing.

Far smaller investment than having fully dedicated servers would be my guess.

@OP I stopped having issues once I opened my router's NAT and forwarded all the proper ports. NAT most likely did the trick. Haven't DC'd from a lobby or quest since, knock on wood.

I guess I understand that just annoied I already tried all the fixes they said to do. So i am almost 100% sure it isn't on my internet or pc.
