Research Commission Ticket?

I've never been so disappointed my entire life, sacrificed my kidney and mental integrity to farm Lunastra for the schtick just to realize that I still need whatever a research commission ticket is. Please send help.

Two quests award them "The White Winds of the New World" (unlocked by completing all optional quests) and "The Sapphire Star's Guidance". (unlocked by reaching HR100).

You can also get them via SOS if you haven't unlocked the quests.

It's a reward from two quests; One is for completing all assignments and optional quests (does not need events or special assignments), the other quest is the HR100 quest

its just a good idea to complete all the optional quests to unlock the quest for yourself. will be even handier when iceborne comes out and ends up with new quests that may have similar requirements.

Both ways will takes a while to get to if a friend has (the white winds of the new world) quest then run the quest a few times with said friend. When me and my friend did this he was using HBG with spread three, I was using CB beat in about 8 mins.

Fun fact: you need 17 tickets to make all the charms and both the alpha and beta armour sets, and then 1 each for any Lunastra "Styx" / "Ruin" / "Blaze" weapons you wish to make.

Have fun! It's a great way to earn some easy HR XP and pad out that Guild Card!

white winds condition is hr 15
rewards with 1 ticket
and only
sapphire guidance requires hr 100
rewards with 2 of them

As the other guy said, The White Winds of the New World quest only requires that you are HR 15 and it provides a Research Commission Ticket. The quest you're thinking of, The Sapphire Star's Guidance, requires HR 100. I've gotten Research Commission Tickets before I ever reached HR 50. In fact, I'm still not even HR 100 and have the quest and multiple tickets lol.
