And, it's going to cost $40 USD.
to save 10 bucks only ? and need to wait 6 months or more ? yeah buddy...those 10 dollars totally worth it (last week MH was at 50% discount).
OP you need to finish the base story anyway to play iceborne.
What do you mean to save 10 bucks only. Woudn't he have to pay 40 bucks for the expansion even if he has the base game anyway?
Edit: Welp, since he also has played the game for 80hours already, it's out of question anyway.
Good luck with that.
Iceborne is essentially an expansion so no it won't be free.
I think we really need to revive the concept of an expansion and stop using DLC to label all downloadable content..
It's too vague and DLC can be applied anywhere from a free update to a paid costume or right up to a full blown expansion..
Can understand why some people get confused because of it.
I prefer the term expansion anyway.
I already finished the story. I was pretty disappointed that there's no Akantor or Ukanlos in this game but instead there's this xeno thing which is pretty boring.
So the DLC is gonna cost more than the game itself?
It's almost like the same thread is posted repeatedly with slight variations in the wording every three posts.
