I think HH was buffed since then though, i'm also interested in the numbers.
L = 15% raw
XL = 20% raw
As for stacking if it's the exact same song type then no, but I don't know if an attack/defense song + a defense song would stack for example. Of course you could easily test this by just comparing the before and after values on the stat sheet.
Also, I assume that just means that combined att/def is just the respective values of their uncombined parts, then? So combined att/def (L) would just be 15% raw and 15% phys defense?
