No DLC‘s after Iceborne what comes next

I think capcom just meant when they told everyone the game wont have expansions like the old games is that you wont have to buy a new full price game just to play the expansion like how it worked in the past.
That is the expanison is delivered as a less than full price content addon not a new 60$ standalone game.

No, they meant that Iceborne is the last Expansion for World before moving on

No. Don't encourage that behavior.

We'll get what we get with the base iceborne and then whatever free content updates add afterwards.

Never encourage actual content being locked behind microtransactions.

I think they more meant that they would rather see a new dlc rather than a whole new game like the new game being released

What comes next??? MODS comes next XD. Theres some nice working mods in nexus that can add extra monsters though they may be tough. Theres also a team of modders working on recreating a Tower Local from older MH games into MHW,

They ruined the possibility for more DLCs to be released due to the engine they created the game on. Its a zombie engine and as you can tell from netcode to release issues of any patches or content. Its a mess for them to try and develope the code without error so the best thing for them to do is focus their time money and resources on the next PC MHW like title which when you know all the facts you will be happy they are doing so rather than sticking with the frankestein code that world has. It was sad news for me but patience is a virtue my friend and there are many other games to enjoy in the meantime.
