Is there a limit on how much equipment you can craft?

So I beat all of monster hunter world and I was thinking a fun little challenge for me would be to craft all gear in the game. Including weapons, armor, etc

Now this makes me wonder: is there a limit to how much gear you can craft?

Cause I plan to get each weapon type and all their end tree types.

But I'm just asking so if I start and find out I can't get everything then I'll just be disappointed I wasted all that time

1000 combined total weapons/armor/charms, iirc.

make sure to leave a space for collecting all of KT weapons

Unfortunately there is a limit, and it's lower than the total amount of unique items in the game.

Currently the equipment storage box holds a max of 1000 items.

Hopefully that number will be increased with the expansion.
