Why do my mhw always go to offline mode

Whenever i join or create a online session why does it always go to offline mode?
Why do i keep disconnecting?
And steam says that i am online so i don't know?

Do you have any mods installed? If so, that would be probably the main reason. Quite a few mods disconnect you from Online.

For example, if you're using the Transmog mod, some armor types from the list of the ones you want to have show up, will disconnect you, or even crash your game.

If it means anything, I also have been getting kicked randomly lately so it could be on Capcom's end.

If it's only MHW that keeps disconnecting randomly, then it something specific to that game and nothing to do with your computer or internet connection in general.

Its tuesday steam has maintenace so it may disconnect often

While I'm sure mods can have an impact, at my parent's house, I lose connection all the time. I beat this game and almost every monster in it solo because I had no choice. It was because my laptop simply couldn't hold a connection to the servers. This game requires good connection. All this and I don't use mods.

It's not mod related, the problem started for me only a few days ago. I get disconnected from quests, sessions, etc. At random and up to the point that it happens AFTER the monster has been defeated.
