Are there any Health boost Decorations ?

I have looked everywhere and cant find any info if there are any health boost decorations :(
so are they in the game ?
and if they are, is there any good methode to farm them ?

They're called Vitality Jewels, they're a level one slot decoration and they're extremely common. Farm them like you'd farm anything else, and you honestly might just be able to straight up meld them at the melder, that wouldn't surprise me at all.

The melder sells them out right. Also the basic resist jewels.

also just did about 15 tempered monster investigations and 0 Vitality Jewels -.-

should I farm T1 T2 or T3 investigations for the biggest chance to get Vitality Jewels ?

always go T2 for decos farming, those vitality jewel is so common that you would scream in agony every time you see reward screen so don't farm in T1
T3 is for augment stones

T2 is best for decoration farming. It's still going to take a bit to get vitality jewels, when I said common I said relative to like attack jewels or something.

You'll eventually get truckloads of them.
If you see the following event quests, you should try doing them to get heaps of decorations:
The name's lavasioth
The greatest Jagras.

I have many vitality jewels, just play the games, you will get them, at least they are not very rare. Try kill 100 tempered elders.
You can make the health boost charm if you need them urgently.
