"The Meat of the Matter" - Where? (Found)

I have the quest "The Meat of the Matter" but cannot figure out what I need to kill & carve or gather from to get "Lumps of Meat".

You know what? I checked gamefaqs because I remembered that existed while writing this. For those who are searching the forums after wandering around for 50 minutes already:

"It's in Area 13, which is at the lowest tier of the Rotten Vale, in the northern most part of the area. Theres some brush you have to push aside to reveal the room. Inside theres some glowmoss on the far side and a small dead bird on the ground you can loot it from. Its easiest to get it back to camp 11." ~Icewitch
