Switch axe advice
Does artillery work on some of the phials like power phials?
What decorations are best? Crit damage based or focus powerprolonger?
Leave the information below thanks so much!
Currently using the Axe of Demons for its ridiculous Raw Damage.

1- nope
2- both are very meh but go for crit damage if you have decent crit in first place.

I suggest to not use AoD since its takes a ♥♥♥♥ ton of handicraft jewels and the amount of white last 10 hits.

meta builds, dont follow them 100% becouse those are pure dps builds.

Artillery does not effect Switch Axe; Crit based damage is always the highest priority, Max Might is a great skill for this, power prolonger isnt useful for SA atm (maybe if there were more slots, it could be better)
Axe of Demons does have the highest numbers, but needs a TON of set up and maintenance to keep it going; Terror Tyrannis is another high raw choice that requires less set up
This guide I made talks about all the "best" Switch Axes and how to use them

I wouldn't worry too much about the white sharpness for the Demon Switchaxe. The sword mode has innate mind's eye, so you will never deflect in sword mode. And, yes, I know white gives a damage bonus, but the raw damage of the Demon axe is already so high that it deals more damage with blue sharpness than other axes do with white.

I like 2 levels of evade extender and then all the usual DPS stuff.

This is exactly what i noticed when testing. I have yet to get a release jewel, do you know if its better to run the element it has rather than a handicraft charm? or what do you use for your charm slot because I have no idea.

I don't mind maintaining my weapon if it means I'll have the highest damage potential. It makes sense.

It's best to not use the element. Instead, use the non-element boost skill that increases raw attack for non-elemental weapons. The hidden ice attack on the weapon is very weak; you'll get more damage out of non-element boost.

This, Evade extender has been the greatest QoL skill and indirect DPS increase since the Swax was created as it gives you mobility to compensate for your lack of defensive ability.
