Statistiche:
I can't beat Xeno'Jiiva
Is there something I'm missing here to beat that thing? The time ran out on me while I was dealing like thousands of damage to its weakspots- especially the head for extra dps. Still didn't make it.

Nah, she's just a big sand bag. Slow but durable. Just gotta keep wailing on her.
That "especially the head" part sounds like you spent 50 minutes trying to hit it. Considering how much baby moves thats a horrible choice. Just attack the front feet all the time and you should clear him in 10-20 mins depending on your gear

Really? I tried looking up full in-depth guides on Xeno'Jiiva and it was said its head is the weakest spot. I tried going for the front feet on my first try and it took more than 40 minutes. I'm playing with a Kadachi Strikebow.

Weakest spot, yes. Easiest to hit, no. Sometimes you need to take the shot you're given, instead of waiting for the perfect strike.

Well. I was evening my shots between the two- I hit the head with the open chance and then change back to constantly hitting the front feet.

When he lights up like a christmans tree shoot the chest.
you'll be surprise if you know how much hp he has even when you solo him

normal xeno has around 16k hp when play solo even tempered elder dragon doesn't have this much hp tempered vaal hazak only has 10k hp on solo

if you're having trouble hitting the head

his both arm deals pretty good damage to him too

i don't play bow so i really don't know but even for my first playthrough Xeno only took me 20-30 minutes so something should be missing

there are 4 crystals that you can drop on him on stage one to speed through that portion.

after that the general tactic is to smash his hands if you are melee. ranged can target whichever part but his chest is his weakest part when he is glowing so focus there when you get the chance.

like others said, he isnt that hard but is a damage sponge, if you are really struggling with killing him especially with bow then something might be wrong with your build. bow is heavily reliant on your build to perform well.

for xeno you use either the anjanath bow or vaal bow with the crit element set bonus (rath gear). add in weakness exploit and constitution in whatever way you can get them. you should do well enough to get through him without much issue.
I don't know how much this actually helps, but make sure you're running power charm and power talon just for that extra bit of damage, if you aren't already doing so.
Want weapon r u using
Poison is very effective vs. Xeno. I usually fight her with the Pukei-Pujei sword and shield and Pink Rathian armor set bonus and have always killed her in time. With a high poison damage weapon and the Pink Rath set, Xeno will be poisoned the entire fight. Nice thing about sword and shield is that it also allows you to use the slinger with the weapon drawn, so you can be sure to hit her with the falling rocks in the first phase and quickly shoot her out of the sky when she flies in the second phase. The sword and shields lunging high attack easily hits the tail, as well.
i'm down to help. add me.

Since you're using a bow, I as a fellow bow user could give you some hints. Firstly, use close range coating and shoot away at his front paws at close range. 2 left click followed by 1 right click assuming you're using keyboard and mouse on either one of its front paw. If xeno flinch, it usually takes quite awhile for him to recover, use this time to perform DP from his front aiming at his front.

Yes head is the weakest spot but only shoot it when you got your chance. Dont do it all the time cause the amount of time you missed your shots trying to focus on his head is the same amount of time you could do damage to him by shooting his front paws.

If he is in enraged mode, you could shoot his chest for extra weak spot damage. If all these still takes time, make use of demondrug. Don't bother using armorskin cause a bow user will still die in two or 3 hits anyway.

If possible, spam a fully charged arc shot(pellet rain) on his head whenever possible. That said, this shot should only be used when you solo. Do not use this when playing in a party.

Also, always pickup dragon pod or piercing whenever you have the chance. These are only used on the second area when he starts flying. Shooting him with pods when he is mid air 2-4 times usually cause him to fall and flinch giving you more opportunity to spam your shots at him.

This hint assumes that you dont have the recommended jewel nor gear for bow. GL

You need to read OP's post again.

I was able to beat it in 49 minutes with a sword and shield in level 29, I think you should have no trouble dealing more damage than me in 50 minutes. Unless you do not drink demon drug at all, then that is a shame.

Also, bring a forecast.
