How do i hunt Tempered monsters?

can someone tell me how to start hunting tempered monsters like is there a requirment and yes im in high rank

ur required to unlock and kill hr49 tempered kirin

After you killed hr49 tempered kirin you can hunt tempered monsers by going on investigations.

Just to add to what others are saying, after you do do the HR49 quest, you'll still have to go on expeditions and look for tempered tracks. Alternatively, you could join an SOS or something and just collect tracks to start your own tempered investigation collection.

You can hunt them well before killing Kirin.
You can hunt some of them at HR 13 (anything below a Rathalos), others at HR 30 (anything above a Rathalos) and the elder dragons at HR 50, if you finished the main story just go in expeditions and you'll eventually find blue traks, pick them and you'll get investigations for tempered monsters.
You can also hunt arch-tempered elder dragons in Event Quests, at HR 50.
Tempered -> Purple Aura
Arch-Tempered -> Orange Aura
Only Elder Dragons can be Arch-Tempered.
