Permanent increase of health and stamina?
Is there a way to permanently increase health and stamina? Or ist just the food per hunt?

There's the skill Health Boost which adds to your health cap and the armor set bonus from Lunastras set can up your max stamina, though to get the bonus from Lunastra you still need to eat a steak or something while in the field. The Vitality Mantle can negate a certain amount of damage. Recovery Up causes you to recover health faster while in the red and Vaals set bonus (or the Witcher armor) recovers beyond the red, which really adds up. There's also damage recovery from weapons if you use the Health augment. Stamina Surge/Constitution as well as Dash Juice can effect your Stamina Consumption rate.

There's a lot of ways to up your HP that isn't directly tied to your health bar. Mitigation with defenses is the most common way of upping your health because critters simply aren't hitting you as hard.

Health boost / Vitality jewels can boost your hp 15, 30, 50 respectively, ontop of the food buff

Wow this sounds like rocket science. Thanks!

If you're looking to really spread the love healing others through Wide Range or Life Powder extends the overall groups health and the Hunting Horn can add a solid bonus to the bar with Health Boost and Defense.

You don't need to eat to get the extended range on the bars. While on a mission, you can instead consume a max potion or ancient potion to increase health and either rations, cooked meat, or an ancient potion to increase stamina.

But you'll never reach a point that those *don't* have an effect, no.
and the highest hp you can get to with the 3 hp boost and food is 200
