Greatest Jagras quest doesnt drop Deco's anymore?

I saw an old video of this quest back in January this year, where the guy left with 30ish Decos every mission, I have the quest here, is the same quest but doesnt drop the deco's

That may of been a mod, I dont think any deco mission dropped more then 5 deco's, not even tthe event quests o.o

The Greatest Jagras drops the majority of the decos, and that's caused from vomit attacks, or when he's knocked down and puking all over the place. The decos will then have to be manually looted off the ground, and they do disappear after a while.

With mods you can unlock all quests and events

I didn't assume you did. You need to let Jagras eat and swell up so he starts vomiting everywhere, that's where you get all the decos from.

Also the Jagras doesnt drop the Decos for.killing him.

The trick is.

You wait for it to swallow something then you need to break its belly. Itnwill then vomit them.up. pick up the shinies left behind

Or

Alternatively you wait till it swallows something and then run around at medium range while it spits chunks of meat at you. The chunks leave behind shinies.


The second method drops way less, is less reliable and Jagras doesnt always use the attack.

But the difference is, this isnt cheating. It was an event that actually took place in the game.

The quest itself gave me 8 Deco's, it just didnt puke em up or spill from his stomach

Maybe the mod is bugged in some way? Like if the event isn't currently active, he doesn't puke them up?

I would check any comments section or mod FAQ info on the mod's page for potential issues that make an event not function as intended.

The Greatest Jagras quest is not currently available, and it is the one you are referring to. If you're new to HR / End Game, then farming his puke for the 30 decos and then leaving is very effective. However, the optimal strategy is to just kill him in 1:50 to 2:20 every time with the Glutton HBG. Easily got below 2:05 on the majority of my runs. Takes a little practice, but it is very do able for an average player to do. I have around 350 hunted Jagras because of that quest and have all but 1 deco missing.
