Having trouble with Reciprocal Action

Been trying for some time to get the last two i need. i have 28 out of 30, I've gotten all the other achievements. I had started a 2nd game for the The Pacifist and Persecution. still didn't find any new text there. and then went back onto my main save and just been doing requests for over an hour now and i still havent been able to find any new text. is there a better way to try to get them?

I even tried failing requests for awhile to see if anything would change.

Did you try clicking on the villagers?

Like clicking the houses? Been spam clicking them in both games. unless u can click on actual people

you can click on the actual people the same way you can click on the homunculi in their rooms. The knife maker's wife and the pet keeper have interactions you can only get by clicking.
