Notes:
For mac player who has screen glitch (pink screen, distorted) please use the second launch option named "Play My Lovely Daughter - force -glcore (when having screen issues) " after you start the game from steam.

We tried to replicate the error, but there was no problem on our testing device. Would kindly verify the integrity of the game files by doing the following:

1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
   
2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
   
3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
   
4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

If the problem still persist, can you share the mac specification that you used to play the game (MAC OS version and hardware.)

Dear psalmselah,

Thank you for testing the early build of the game, thank you for pointing out the problem that you have found. The game should not show the Chinese version, it is supposed to be hidden because the translation is not ready. Currently the Chinese version uses a rough placeholder text for UI related testing.

Unfortunately, our plugin that we used to handle the translation probably auto detect your computer setting and used the Chinese version as the default language. And the language button is not accessible because we turn it off so that player can not access the other language.

Sorry for trouble, we will inform you once this problem is fixed.

Dear psalmselah,

The problem has been fixed with the latest update. The game language supposed to be in English. The button language is still not accessible because the translation is not ready yet.

Hope you can try it out and please inform us if you still found the problem.

Hello! I have found a bug where two request descriptions overlap when viewed at the 'requests' tab when the father is at home. I just discovered it today, [9/3/2017]. Game ver is.. I'm not sure how to check?I just bought it today and started playing today as well, but I'm playing it in english!

Thanks for submitting the bug report. Since you just bought it, I'm sure that you played the 1.0.0 version. FYI, The game version can be seen on the left bottom of the main menu.

Is there anything particularly happen before the two request overlap such as a lag, etc? Does it occur when you pressed the request button or while you flipping the page?

We will look up to this problem and get back to you.

Hiya! Thanks for telling me, I had no clue at all.
There was no lag or anything odd that happened prior to the bug-- When I flip over to the second request, there was no overlapping text, only the description of the second request. It went back to normal after I went to work and another week has passed.

We had discovered the cause of the problem. And the latest update version of 1.00f1 will fix the bug. Please contact us if you found similar or any other type of bug :)

Hello, I've found what I think is a bug. In summary, most of my screen when running the game on Mac is a bright "missing texture" magenta, but the buttons in the main menu work, mostly. For perspective, I'm stuck with the dialogue "Is that a person", in the first minute of the game, but I can't see anybody, just bright purple and the "Apr. 1146, Week 1, 10 gold" in the upper left corner of my screen. I'd show a screenshot, but I'm not really sure how.

Also, I already tried re-installing, but it's still the same.

I have since done this, but nothing from the main menu to the actual gameplay has changed as far as I can tell. I'l also point out that Hal is correct, we are facing the exact same bug.

What system are you playing on?

I'm on a macbook pro, os x el capitan version 10.11.6. i also tried that and had the same results as bloden
