how do i get the pirate costumes?

pirate cotumes? yes there are costumes name contained pirate, for 6 character, and accessories. but I bought the digital limited edition, so I cant figure which dlc contains the costume

There is no pirate/summer beach costumes & cosmetic asscessories for PC version nor PS4, even if you bought the digital limited edition within the launch date. It is strictly viable through PS Vita (which I have), Switch and unofficial mod only

May I learn about this too? I have the PS4 and Switch version but currently decided to replay for the third time (Twice on PS4 years ago when it came out. Got the Switch version but have not played it.) on PC so it would be nice to be able to use these costumes.

On a side note, so happy to replay this game again. It's soo gooood in terms of everything. Whether it's story or game play.

Ya I'm a bit curious about this myself. Recently messed with some mods and attempted my own colors. Would be cool to try to change the textures on these hidden outfits.

I doubt that you can change the colors of those unofficial DLC outfits, since they wouldn't be integrated with HD texture pack in the first place. Still that's just my pessimistic view.
