I'm not sure about how stats carry over exactly.
- All accessories
- All materials
- All consumables like fruits, medicines, food, elixirs except Spirit Elixirs (that increase mana bar, also reset to 100/200 gauge from start) and Empty Bottles for mixing potions.
- All skills and their levels
- All character levels and STR/DEF stats changes thanks to Elixirs
- All map progression and markings such as treasures, material points
- All key items and adventuring gears are reset, cannot be carried over indeed
- Extra 3 empty bottles
- Infinity mode - while you get to increase special mats drop rate, the enemies also scaled up to and beyond your level (for example if you are lv 75 before, next run enemies also start at around 70s and increase from there). It was doable at first but soon you will get much spongy enemies later on, so additional grinding may be required, and not recommended to try on Nightmare or Inferno at all.
- Dana virtue points are not counted so you do not need to complete all of her quests.

Quests are missable and has three durations, (Short, Mid, Long)
+ Short duration quest must be done before the next story objective.
+ Mid duration quest usually last near the end of the chapter.
+ Long duration quest last till the end of the game.
Attend Interception/Raid Battle. (You can always retry interception battles to acquire a better rank.)

Castaway approval can be raised by giving them gifts or completing a request from them.
