Chapter 2 - Chasing after the Nameless. - Any missable castaway before I do that?
Any missable castaway before I go chase after the nameless? I know who it is, trying to not reveal it here. For those who played the game for 100% do I have enough time to go search for another castaway?

Update: to keep track of what I have so far:

Laxia
Captain Barbaros
Sahad
Dogi

Alison
Sir Carlan
Kiergaard
Catherine
Sister Nia
Hummel
Dina
Reja
Aaron

These are all I have so far.

Guess I lost her, then and her quests. But I found a page telling me I will get Miralda in chapter 3.

Not sure how accurate this is yet, but so far it looks like it's legit.

It is just you can get her as soon as possible in Chapter 2, ]since she can provide meals that aid your journey better.. Otherwise you can collect her later if you wish. The key to get every castaways easily is that always check for areas that are blocked (X mark) and see if you have enough people to unlock it as soon as possible. And check all ? marks as well. You wouldn't need a guide on that xD.

Have I lost her early quests forever now?

I just got her last night in chapter 2 and I don't believe she even offers me any quests, yet, but I'm not done with chapter 2 yet so idk for sure.

Thankfully, she doesn't. I got her hours ago on Chapter 3 the moment I got control of Adol again and went to check up on her, no quests. I also checked my journal for the quests tab and no failures anywhere.

Also, as a reminder again (hope you're not annoyed by this), now that you seen Primordial Gigantic Cephalopod of the Sea for the second time, you will eventually have to fight it, obviously. When you get to that point where you will soon fight it, DOUBLE CHECK that you have done as much as you can in terms of finishing quests, gathering castaways, and whatever. That's a major turning point where if you mess up here, you won't be able to get 100%. I mess up here on my first play through years ago and was getting like 99% completed. Obviously that missing 1% totally tickled me angrily xDD

Thank you for this, it seems your pain and suffering from back then has brought you here to share your knowledge with me, that I am playing this game for the first time here now. Thank you, really. I am like you on this matter, I've helped so many people on other games before and supported them from my experience based on my past fault's lol.

Reminds me of Trails in the Sky FC where I answered a dialogue choice apparently wrong and it made me miss like 1 of around 300ish points for the bracer guild point system forcing me to run through an entire NG+ for one dialogue box while having to make sure I do everything 100% all over again flawlessly... ugh. Great game, but that was dumb.

Just one dialogue? I didn't even know what I to do with the black notebook lol, naively thinking it should be important in later sequences, yet the reality was having to go back to the prison and give it away, pure evil idea.

Kinda wish devs would stop making such cancer implemented trophies/achievements in the first place. lol

This 100% is not that hard compared to others, its almost a straight line. The only difficult thing are the items that aint on chests either marked like the ship nameplay or the Licht gift.

Those achievements are actually fine though, since they test your decisions, and some on your attention while playing the game. For example on Cold Steel 1 you gotta read a few books for tutor job, otherwise you can't just rush in and become a genius already. What I didn't like though is lack of hints for some, take black notebook for example, at least they could remind us like - "What do we do about this? Maybe someone might know something" so that at least I could know and give it to someone. But no, there was no hints, and the "black" in "blacknote" easily tricked us thinking it as story key item like "black device", thus the missed. And it is even more time-consuming to talk to every NPC after every tiny story progression, because you never know whether certain ones have updated requests, hidden quests.
